The pricing structure for PTAdmin is broken down into two parts. Initial Setup Costs and Maintenance Costs. The intial setup cost of PTAdmin is £5,000. However, as an introductory offer, PTAdmin is currently available for £3,500!

In this meeting we will go through all of the available options within the setup of PTAdmin with you. This allows you to truly decide how the system will work for your school. We recommend you have a senior member of staff and a member of the administration team present. We will deploy your system according to the decisions made by you in the on site setup meeting. We will apply the theme you have agreed on and if necessary create a new theme to compliment your schools branding.* We can customise deployment to suit the workings of your school. Deployment consists of administration training, staff training, and if you think it would be valuable, a parent seminar explaining the benefits of the system along with basic training. Parent seminars can be held after school or in the evening. Maintenance costs are calculated based on how many pupils are on your school roll, we use this figure to estimate the size of your school and your likely support and hosting requirements. Maintenance charges work out as little as £7.50 per pupil per year for unlimited support.

Maintenance costs include: PTAdmin have U.K based Web Servers which host PTAdmin. Our servers are leased and maintained by a top hosting company at one of the countries leading Data Centres. This ensures that PTAdmin is online and available to your users 24/7. PTAdmin release regular updates to improve the functionality, stability and browser compatibility of your system.** We have online and telephone support for both Staff and Parents as well as an extensive help section should any user need assistance.
