saving time, saving money
and saving the enviroment
The pricing structure for PTAdmin is broken down into two parts. Initial Setup Costs and Maintenance Costs. Initial Setup Costs:
![]() Initial setup includes: An on-site setup meeting
In this meeting we will go through all of the available options within the setup of PTAdmin with you. This allows you to truly decide how the system will work for your school. We recommend you have a senior member of staff and a member of the administration team present.
Commissioning
We will deploy your system according to the decisions made by you in the on site setup meeting. We will apply the theme you have agreed on and if necessary create a new theme to compliment your schools branding.*
On-site deployment
We can customise deployment to suit the workings of your school. Deployment consists of administration training, staff training, and if you think it would be valuable, a parent seminar explaining the benefits of the system along with basic training. Parent seminars can be held after school or in the evening.
*Bespoke themes are not included in the setup costs
